Industrial Design Expert

We are seeking an experienced designer to join our team.
- Analyze and develop new designs from initial concept to implementation, enhancing existing designs for improved efficiency.
- Collaborate with the sales department to visit customer sites to confirm equipment requirements, ensuring seamless production processes.
- Implement and maintain Lean systems for production processes to streamline operations.
- Work closely with the production team during the manufacturing process, fostering a collaborative environment.
- Create Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and production tutorials to enhance knowledge sharing and onboarding.
- Verify designs using analytical methods to ensure quality and accuracy.
- Conduct assessments and implement continuous improvements for production processes to drive growth and efficiency.
The Ideal Candidate
- Degree in a relevant engineering field or equivalent experience.
- A minimum of six months of placement experience in a similar design role, demonstrating expertise and skills.
- Proficiency in using SolidWorks or AutoCAD software for design development and implementation.
