A deep understanding of academic administration processes, including registration, examinations, and graduation, is essential.

Main Responsibilities
  • Providing guidance to our admissions team.
  • Managing data to support planning and reporting requirements, including responsibility for all academic records and learner analytics.
  • Ensuring academic quality assurance by implementing academic quality policies and processes, including regulatory compliance and programme integrity.
  • Sustaining a supportive learner-centred culture.
  • Coordinating timetabling.
  • Distributing student handbooks and module guides.
Key Requirements
  • A minimum of a level 8 qualification, preferably with a higher degree.
  • Experience in a quality function in higher education, with governance experience being advantageous.
  • Proficiency in learner administration systems.
  • Excellent communication and analytical skills, as well as IT literacy.

This role demands an individual who can think creatively and develop innovative solutions to enhance processes. Organisational and meticulous skills are also crucial to maintain control over the student pipeline. Effective communication skills are necessary to share knowledge and experience with an international team of staff.
