Key Responsibilities

Drive store performance by maintaining high standards, from front of house to warehouse operations.

  • Maintain and enhance customer experience through excellent team leadership and motivation.
  • Oversee store management duties including budgets, rota planning, payroll, P&L analysis, stock management, and profit improvement initiatives.
