Caring Homecare Nurses Wanted

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Homecare Nurse to provide high-quality care to our clients in their own homes. As a Homecare Nurse, you will work independently to deliver person-centered care, promoting the health and well-being of our clients.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and their families. You will be responsible for assessing client needs, developing personalized care plans, and implementing effective interventions to achieve desired outcomes.

Key responsibilities include:

• Providing direct patient care, including medication management, wound care, and mobility assistance
• Conducting regular assessments to identify changing client needs and adapting care plans accordingly
• Collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to ensure seamless care coordination
• Communicating effectively with clients, families, and healthcare professionals

To succeed in this role, you will need:

• A current PIN issued by the NMBI (Nursing and Midwifery Board of Ireland)
• Excellent clinical and communication skills
• Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team
• Flexibility to work varying shifts, including days, nights, and weekends
