About the Role

The Quality Assurance Specialist will be responsible for implementing and maintaining quality systems, conducting audits and inspections, and investigating nonconformities.

You will work closely with cross-functional teams to identify and implement process improvements, develop and maintain quality procedures, and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Implement and maintain quality systems, including document control, training programs, and corrective action processes.
  2. Conduct regular audits and inspections to ensure compliance with quality standards and regulatory requirements.
  3. Investigate nonconformities, root cause failures, and perform corrective actions.
  4. Develop and maintain quality procedures, work instructions, and other documentation as needed.
  5. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement process improvements.
  6. Maintain accurate and detailed records of quality activities, including audit results, nonconformity reports, and corrective actions.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Science, or a related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in a quality assurance role.
  • Proven knowledge of quality principles, regulations, and industry standards (e.g., ISO 9001).
  • Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
