**About the Role:**

The Shelbourne Hotel is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Salon Professional to join our team.

As a Salon Professional, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and promoting our luxury services to discerning clients.

You will work closely with the Spa & Salon Director/Salon Creative Director to ensure seamless day-to-day operations, maintaining the highest standards of professionalism in all aspects of operations.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Day-to-day responsibility for equipment, products, cleanliness and hygiene of the treatment areas
  • Assist in the delivery of exceptional customer service
  • Ensure all treatments are carried out to the highest standards and targets are met

**Requirements:**

  • Good spoken English with adequate written English
  • Fully qualified in all aspects of hairdressing and make-up
  • Previous treatment experience ideally within an international hotel group
