A reputable law firm is seeking to hire an experienced corporate tax professional with expertise in international taxation, cross-border planning, and tax controversy resolution.
- Key Responsibilities:
- Delivering comprehensive international tax solutions for corporate reorganisations, restructurings, and inward investment projects into Ireland.
- Providing expert advice on mergers, acquisitions, demergers, and IPOs.
- Managing tax controversy cases and resolving complex disputes.
- Structuring capital markets and finance transactions.
- Advising on private equity deals and transfer pricing matters.
- Overseeing asset and project finance for international and domestic aircraft and equipment.
The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of relevant PQE within a corporate law firm and hold a professional tax/accounting qualification.
Responsibilities may include:
