Key Responsibilities:

  1. Strategic Planning and Design
  • Develop and execute the architectural vision and roadmap for CDM and PDH within the Oracle Fusion ecosystem.
  • Ensure alignment with enterprise goals and compliance with data governance standards.
  1. System Optimization and Integration
  • Lead the evolution of CDM and PDH by identifying enhancements, integrations, and performance improvements.
  • Design and implement integrations using Oracle OIC to streamline data workflows across systems.
  1. Stakeholder Collaboration
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including business analysts, developers, and operations, to ensure requirements are met.
  • Act as a subject matter expert (SME) for CDM and PDH systems during internal discussions and vendor engagements.
  1. Data Governance and Best Practices
  • Establish and enforce data governance frameworks, ensuring data consistency, quality, and security.
  • Promote and implement best practices in MDM architecture and system integration.
  1. Troubleshooting and Support
  • Lead the resolution of complex technical issues related to CDM and PDH.
  • Provide technical leadership and mentorship to the development and support teams.

Required Skills:

  • Expert-level knowledge of Oracle Fusion Customer Data Management (CDM) and Product Data Hub (PDH) systems.
  • Proven experience implementing and optimizing Oracle Fusion MDM solutions.
  • Solid expertise in Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC), with hands-on experience in designing and deploying integrations.
  • Strong understanding of data architecture principles, MDM best practices, and data governance frameworks.
  • Proficiency in working with enterprise systems and cross-functional teams.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills with a proactive approach to identifying and resolving challenges.
  • Strong communication skills, capable of presenting complex ideas clearly to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
