Job Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Product Lead to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity to play a vital role in managing and optimizing the product backlog to maximize value delivery.

  • You will be responsible for creating and prioritizing a product backlog aligned with the project vision and goals, refining it based on feedback and changing business needs.
  • Closely collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g., developers, design leads, quality assurance) to ensure the product meets customer needs and is delivered on time.
  • Continuously monitor the product's performance, gather feedback from customers and stakeholders, and use data-driven insights to inform decisions and prioritize improvements.
  • Analyze key concern areas during retrospectives and provide timely support to team members.

Key Responsibilities

  • 15+ years of experience with at least 5+ years as a Product Owner, Delivery Manager, or Delivery Lead.
  • Agile/Scrum Certification (CSPO/PSPO/SafePO/PM) preferred.
  • Extensive experience managing product backlogs and development teams.
  • Track record of delivering complex projects through agile processes.
