Tax Expertise Manager

We are seeking an experienced professional to join a dynamic Corporate Tax team. This role is ideal for someone passionate about delivering practical and innovative tax solutions across diverse sectors including technology, manufacturing, R&D, and international trade.
You'll work closely with senior leadership on high-impact advisory projects while managing a varied client portfolio of both indigenous and internationally owned businesses.

Key Responsibilities- Manage and grow a diverse client portfolio, coordinating with other departments to provide integrated services.
- Ensure timely corporate tax compliance, including return filings and payment deadlines.
- Partner with senior stakeholders on advising clients about group structuring, transfer pricing, and repatriation strategies.
- Deliver a mix of tax advisory and compliance services as part of an integrated client service team.
- Contribute to departmental targets in billing, revenue, and collection, while supporting firm-wide initiatives.
- Participate in internal training and professional development programs.
- Engage in business development and marketing initiatives.
- Mentor junior staff and contribute to ongoing process improvements.
- Qualifications include AITI qualification (or equivalent) and a qualified accountant status.
- Proven experience in both corporate tax compliance and consultancy work is required.
- Strong knowledge of Irish tax legislation, case law, and due diligence processes is essential.
- Experience in managing assignments and client relationships independently is necessary.
- Clear, confident communication skills with excellent written and verbal English are required.
- Highly organized, with the ability to manage deadlines under pressure is expected.
- Technologically proficient and comfortable with tax software and digital tools is necessary.
