Job Title: Performance Improvement Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Performance Improvement Specialist to join our innovative team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for supporting the development of high-quality products, ensuring their safety and efficacy through rigorous testing and validation.

About the Role:

This role will involve supporting all R&D lab activities, including equipment calibration, qualification, documentation, and data management. You will also execute incoming inspections of components/sub-assemblies according to site procedures, support testing of combination products, and contribute to quality objectives within the GDD QMS.

The successful candidate will have a Master's degree in Engineering or Science, with proven postgraduate experience in a regulated GMP environment. Proficiency in Minitab is an advantage, as is strong communication and analytical skills. You will be meticulous in your attention to detail and possess a logical approach to problem-solving.

Key Responsibilities:

  • SUPPORTING LAB ACTIVITIES: Executing equipment calibration, qualification, documentation, and Trackwise records.
  • EXECUTING INSPECTIONS: Incoming inspection of components/sub-assemblies according to site procedures.
  • SUPPORTING COMBINATION PRODUCT TESTING: Protocol generation, oversight of external testing, and report writing.
  • CONTRIBUTING TO QUALITY OBJECTIVES: Supporting development and validation of test methods for design verification testing.
  • GENERAL LAB ACTIVITIES: Procedure updates, metric generation, sample management, data review, instrument calibration, and sample shipping.

Qualifications:

The minimum qualifications for this role include:

- A Master's/Degree in Engineering or Science with proven postgraduate experience.
- Experience in a regulated GMP environment is advantageous.
- Proficiency with Minitab is a plus.
