Corporate Tax Role Overview

This is a senior associate position in our tax department, where you will manage corporation tax advisory and compliance services for a portfolio of clients.

  • Manage a portfolio of clients and lead the delivery of high-quality commercial tax advice.
  • Advising on business structures, cross border expansions, financings and refinancings.
  • Managing tax controversy, dispute resolution and other aspects of tax authority enquiries, including in cross border cases.
  • Advising on all aspects of mergers and acquisitions from due diligence, acquisition structuring and post-acquisition business integration.
  • Preparing your clients for new tax developments, including Pillar 2, and helping client teams to restructure and evolve to meet tax challenges of the future.
