">Job Summary">- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve profitable growth and market share expansion in the surgical implant and power tools sector.
- IDentify and capitalize on new business opportunities with existing and potential customers, fostering strong relationships and delivering exceptional customer experiences.
- Promote and grow the AESCULAP Orthopaedic Implant & Power Tools portfolio by highlighting its unique value proposition and differentiators.
- Drive theatre/hospital capital projects, leveraging expertise to deliver value-added solutions and strengthen partnerships.
- Enhance the service model for orthopaedic procedures and power tools across all disciplines, ensuring seamless customer interactions and satisfaction.
- Maintain market and competitor analysis, providing regular feedback to inform business decisions.
- Represent the company and its products professionally at all times, upholding high standards of integrity and ethics.
- Proven commercial experience in the field, preferably with a minimum of 2-3 years' tenure.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills, with the ability to coordinate and train staff and customers effectively.
- Strong problem-solving and planning abilities, with a resilient and adaptable mindset to navigate fast-paced environments.
- Aptitude for clinical and business acumen, with a commitment to collaborative team values.
