Job Title: Nursing Assistant Director
Overview of the Role
The post holder will be responsible for supporting the Director of Nursing in the delivery of high-quality patient care services. The role involves assisting with the management of nursing staff, developing and implementing nursing policies and procedures, and ensuring compliance with relevant healthcare regulations.
Responsibilities:
• Assist the Director of Nursing in the planning and coordination of nursing services
• Develop and implement nursing policies and procedures to ensure safe and effective patient care
• Provide support and guidance to nursing staff on clinical issues and professional development
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless delivery of services
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes
Required Skills and Qualifications
Nursing degree or equivalent experience
Strong leadership and communication skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and electronic medical records systems
