About the Job

This position involves leading a team of technicians responsible for maintaining and troubleshooting complex automated systems. You will work closely with our warehouse operations to ensure seamless integration and optimal performance.

As a senior technician, you will be responsible for:

  • Leading and mentoring junior technicians in troubleshooting and repair techniques.
  • Maintaining and improving existing automation systems to enhance efficiency and productivity.
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to resolve complex technical issues.
  • Providing advanced technical support and guidance to other team members.

You will also be responsible for ensuring compliance with safety protocols and regulations, as well as maintaining accurate records and documentation.

Requirements and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A high school diploma or equivalent, along with relevant technical training or certifications.
  • At least 7 years of experience in automated systems and controls.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to communicate complex ideas effectively.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
