Role Overview
The Technical Service Coordinator will be responsible for managing our service partner network, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, and driving quality improvements across our operations in ROI and NI.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the service partner network, identifying gaps and recruiting new partners as needed.
- Collaborate with suppliers and factories to collect data on product performance, identify potential quality issues, and implement corrective actions.
- Provide support to Customer Advisors on repair escalations, create training plans for the Service Partner Network and internal Customer Support team, and manage monthly payments to engineers and spare parts providers.
- Develop and implement process improvements, drive change programs, and measure key performance indicators such as aftersales repair costs, repair times, and supplier claims resolution.
Requirements:
- Tech background experience, preferably in the domestic appliance industry.
- Proven management and leadership skills for third-party subcontractors.
- Ability to manage deadlines, meet cost constraints, and develop process improvements.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and administration skills.
