Job Summary

As a Business Development Manager, you'll be responsible for driving growth and building relationships in the industrial refrigeration and heating sectors. You'll track market trends, identify new opportunities, and develop strong relationships with energy consultants and ESCOs.

Key Responsibilities

  • Generate sales through market trend analysis and insight leverage.
  • Pursue new opportunities in the industrial refrigeration and heating sectors.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with energy consultants and ESCOs.
  • Create strategic sales plans for future growth.
  • Provide regular updates using CRM tools.
  • Promote SABROE products across industrial cooling and heating applications.
  • Travel extensively (up to 70%) across the UK and Ireland and occasionally to our production site in Aarhus, Denmark.
  • Expand your network at industry events and trade fairs locally and internationally.

Requirements

A proactive, results-driven professional with B2B sales experience (energy sector preferred).

Strong commercial awareness and excellent relationship-building skills.

A self-starter with a proven ability to work independently.

A well-connected individual with a network in the energy industry.

Excellent communication skills and a customer-focused mindset.
