  • Responsibilities:
  • Technical experience in development and management of linear infrastructure through all stages of a project lifecycle, including optioneering and appraisal, preliminary design, planning, detailed design, procurement, and construction administration.
  • Chartered or close to achieving chartership with a relevant professional body.
  • Ability to manage a multi-disciplinary team and lead, manage and work to a budget and programme to control costs and manage change control processes.
  • Proven ability to work collaboratively with colleagues, client delivery partners, and team members to ensure successful results and effective delivery.

  • Managing project teams and coordinating project activities to deliver projects on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
  • Developing and maintaining relationships with clients, stakeholders, and external partners to achieve project goals and objectives.
  • Coordinating and managing the preparation of statutory approval process documentation, contract documentation, and other necessary paperwork.
  • Overseeing the financial management of projects, including budgeting, forecasting, and cost control.
  • Ensuring that all project work is carried out in accordance with relevant health, safety, and environmental regulations and procedures.

  • Relevant postgraduate qualifications in a field such as engineering or project management.
  • Significant experience in project management, preferably in the energy sector.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Strong technical and analytical skills, with the ability to understand and interpret complex data.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on collaboration and teamwork.
