Job Title

We are seeking a Temporary Activity Coordinator to join our healthcare team in Roscommon. The successful candidate will be responsible for planning, organizing, and facilitating activities designed to enhance the physical, social, and emotional well-being of patients.

This role requires creativity, compassion, and strong organizational skills.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement activity programs tailored to meet the diverse needs and interests of patients.
  • Coordinate with healthcare professionals to ensure activities align with patient care plans.
  • Encourage patient participation and engagement in activities to promote social interaction and mental stimulation.
  • Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of activities, making adjustments as needed.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Previous experience in a healthcare or similar setting is preferred.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
