Job Title: Senior R&D Project Manager

Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior R&D Project Manager to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for leading R&D projects from concept to commercialization.

Your primary objective will be to manage and coordinate R&D projects across multiple functions, ensuring timely delivery, budget adherence, and product quality. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including engineering, manufacturing, and technical operations.

You will be responsible for developing and implementing project plans, identifying and mitigating risks, and managing resources effectively. Additionally, you will oversee the development of technical specifications, design inputs, and translate these requirements into actionable plans.

The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and experience in managing complex projects with multiple stakeholders.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Proven track record of successfully managing R&D projects from concept to commercialization.
  • Excellent leadership and management skills with the ability to motivate and guide cross-functional teams.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to identify and mitigate risks.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work with diverse stakeholders.
  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Materials or Industrial Engineering; Master's or Ph.D. in a related field is highly desirable.
