Key Responsibilities:
  • Design Innovation: Develop groundbreaking design solutions for new projects, driving business growth and success.
  • Client Interface: Collaborate effectively with client design teams and end-users to ensure seamless project execution.
  • Technical Leadership: Lead technical and safety reviews, ensuring the highest standards of quality and compliance.
  • Building Services Engineering: Design and develop building services engineering solutions that meet clients' needs and expectations.
  • Team Management: Oversee and manage teams, focusing on coaching, development, and future leadership investment.
  • Resource Planning: Plan, measure, and report progress against agreed deliverables, optimizing resource utilization and efficiency.
Requirements:
  • A degree in Building Services or Mechanical Engineering (Level 8) is essential for this role.
  • Prior experience in the pharmaceutical, biopharmaceutical, or chemical industry is highly valued.
  • A strong track record of team leadership, with a focus on coaching and developing future leaders.
  • Demonstrated expertise in designing utilities, including steam, LPHW, and CHW systems.
