Job Description

As a senior audit professional, you will play a key role in leading our audit teams from planning to successful completion. Your expertise and leadership skills will be instrumental in ensuring high-quality standards are met.

This is a full-time position located at our Head Office in Dublin. You will have opportunities for professional advancement, involvement in challenging projects, and continuous learning within a collaborative setting.

Responsibilities
  • Lead audit teams, manage diverse client portfolios, and strategically allocate staff resources.
  • Coach, guide, and develop staff on engagements.
  • Proactively exceed client expectations as the primary point of contact.
  • Cultivate strong relationships with managers and team members.
  • Embed firm's core values in department objectives and strategies.
  • Develop understanding of accounting and auditing literature.
Qualifications
  • ACA or ACCA qualification with a minimum of 2 years of post-qualification experience (PQE).
  • Proficiency in technical auditing and accounting, including ISAs and standards such as FRS100 to FRS102 and IFRS.
  • Robust market/commercial awareness.
  • Leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
  • Strong communication with client service ethos.
