Occupational Therapist Manager

We are seeking an experienced Occupational Therapist Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing a team of occupational therapists and providing leadership and guidance to ensure the delivery of high-quality services.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in occupational therapy, with a minimum of 5 years' experience in a clinical setting. They will also possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work effectively in a team environment.

This is a full-time specified purpose position, offering a challenging and rewarding career opportunity for the right candidate.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage a team of occupational therapists to deliver high-quality services
  • Provide leadership and guidance to team members
  • Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure effective service delivery
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to achieve common goals
  • Maintain accurate records and reports

Requirements:
  • Be registered on the Occupational Therapists Register maintained by CORU
  • Have a minimum of 5 years' experience in a clinical setting
  • Hold a valid qualification in occupational therapy
  • Demonstrate excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Show ability to work effectively in a team environment
