Job Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Senior Manager to lead our global procurement strategies and processes.
This role will be responsible for developing and executing end-to-end sourcing initiatives to optimize value, quality, innovation, speed to market, or other business needs.
Main Responsibilities:
- Sourcing: Develops and executes global/local sourcing strategies to optimize value within the organization.
- Contracting: Negotiates commercial terms of contractual agreements with suppliers/spend under management.
- Supplier Relationship Management (SRM): Conducts performance meetings, develops and uses scorecards, reviews performance metrics, and manages supplier relationships to achieve category strategy goals.
- Continuous Improvement: Supports process improvements, responds to audit requests, participates in compliance reviews, and collaborates on department and company-wide initiatives.
Requirements:
- Working knowledge of Sourcing Contracting, ERP, eRFX systems.
- Ability to leverage standard business applications for communicating, presenting, and analyzing data.
- Previous leadership/supervisorial experience preferred.
- Advanced level proficiency in negotiations skills.
- Cost modeling knowledge.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
