Senior Civil Engineering Professional

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Senior Civil Engineering Professional to provide technical expertise on our projects.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in civil engineering and experience working on projects in Dublin. They will be responsible for providing technical advice, liaising with the project team, and implementing quality assurance procedures.

  • Support the project manager by providing technical guidance on civil engineering aspects
  • Liaise daily with the project team, design team, and subcontractors to ensure smooth project execution
  • Perform technical verification of civil engineering designs, models, and drawings to ensure accuracy and compliance
  • Implement QA procedures, including concrete pre- and post-pour checks, RFIs, and resolution of technical issues to maintain project quality
  • Assist in maintaining safe working practices on site and monitor materials, plant, and logistics
  • Maintain accurate records and produce regular reports to track project progress

The successful candidate will possess:

  • A relevant third-level degree in a field related to civil engineering
  • 6+ years' experience in a similar role with a proven track record of delivering high-quality results
  • Previous experience working with a main contractor on civil engineering projects, including roads, drainage, utilities, and site development
  • Proficiency in the use of GPS, robotic total stations, and levelling equipment, as well as excellent IT skills, including knowledge of AutoCAD, Revit, Navisworks, and Microsoft Office
