**Job Overview:**

We are seeking a highly skilled Makeup Artist to join our retail team. As a key member of our store, you will be responsible for providing an exceptional customer experience and promoting our brand and products.

The ideal candidate will have a passion for makeup artistry, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work well under pressure. You will be confident in your ability to exceed sales targets, promote our brand, and provide a high level of service to our customers.

**Key Responsibilities:

  • Achieve and exceed individual and store sales targets by using key selling skills.
  • Confidently promote the BPerfect Cosmetics brand, products, and makeup application services to provide an unforgettable customer experience and encourage customer loyalty.
  • Create and develop a bond with our customers by providing exemplary service.
  • Drive both Makeup & Skincare appointments with a goal of bookings target.
  • Help upskill retail assistant colleagues on artistry basics / skillset.
  • Follow company guidelines to merchandise the store and maintain high standards, taking pride in your environment and personal presentation.
  • Operate the payment system and handle financial transactions.

**Requirements:**

  • Makeup Artistry experience (2-4 years).
  • Knowledge of cosmetics and the products within.
  • Familiarity with the BPerfect brand.
  • Sales experience.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
