We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Legal Counsel to join our team in Dublin, Ireland.
This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced legal professional to take on a pivotal role in managing and advising on a wide range of commercial matters, including IT agreements, compliance, data privacy, and corporate initiatives.
The successful candidate will work closely with internal stakeholders, providing day-to-day advice and serving as legal counsel on new strategic deals and business models. Key responsibilities include drafting, reviewing, and negotiating complex commercial agreements, ensuring compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in IT/SaaS law, data privacy, and regulatory compliance, with experience in negotiation and contract management. They will be able to work independently and collaboratively as part of a cross-functional team, demonstrating excellent communication, problem-solving, and negotiation skills.
Additionally, the successful candidate will have a business-oriented mindset, with a proactive approach to identifying and mitigating risks. Familiarity with intellectual property law is a plus.
