Job Title: Warehouse Specialist

About this role:

We are seeking a proactive and organized Warehouse Specialist to join our fast-paced team. As a key player, you will be responsible for ensuring seamless warehouse operations by handling inventory, picking and packing orders, maintaining compliance, and driving process improvements.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Receive, inspect, and store inbound inventory efficiently.
  • Pick, pack, and dispatch customer orders with precision and timeliness.
  • Operate warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks and forklifts (if certified).
  • Maintain inventory accuracy through regular stock checks and audits.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations within the warehouse.
  • Work collaboratively with the fulfilment team to optimise workflow and meet targets.
  • Identify and communicate any operational issues or areas for improvement.
  • Support warehouse cleanliness and organisation.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in a warehouse, fulfilment, or logistics environment.
  • Ability to lift and move heavy packages as required.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to follow processes accurately.
  • Familiarity with warehouse management systems (WMS) is a plus.
  • Forklift certification (preferred but not essential).
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
  • Excellent teamwork and communication skills.
