About the Role:
As a Trainee Sales Executive, you will be joining a team that is dedicated to providing outstanding customer service and impartial advice to ensure customers find the right vehicle for their needs. You will work closely with our experienced sales managers and executives, learning our successful sales process and developing your skills to sell vehicles profitably.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet customer needs
- Assist customers in finding the right vehicle, ensuring they receive outstanding aftersales support
- Continuously improve and learn through our training program and feedback from other sales executives and sales managers
What We Are Looking For:
- A highly motivated and passionate individual with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- A desire to succeed and continually exceed targets
- A good working knowledge of Microsoft Office and CRM systems
- A full clean driving licence
