Your Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Business Motor Market Facing Underwriter to join our team in Wexford. This role may be available part-time or full-time, and you will have the flexibility to discuss your requirements at interview. As a Business Lines Motor Team member, you will work closely with Broker Partners and internal operations to meet the insurance needs of our business customers. Your main responsibilities will include underwriting and analyzing renewal business, managing key customer and broker accounts, and contributing to scheme management.
Key Skills and Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you will need 3+ years of industry knowledge and hold or be working towards relevant professional qualifications such as CIP, MDI, ACII. Excellent technical insurance knowledge, including specific knowledge in Commercial Insurance, is also essential. You should possess excellent numerical and analytical skills, knowledge of Zurich products/policy wordings, and ability to work within a team environment focused on achieving individual and team goals.
