About the Role:

This part-time position is available in Sligo, Ireland. You will be responsible for assisting pharmacists and other healthcare professionals in the preparation and dispensing of medications.

Your attention to detail and ability to multitask will be essential in ensuring the smooth operation of our pharmacy.

  • Assist in the preparation and dispensing of medications under the supervision of a licensed pharmacist.
  • Process prescriptions accurately and efficiently.
  • Provide excellent customer service, answering questions and addressing concerns in a friendly and professional manner.
  • Maintain accurate records of patient interactions and medication dispensing.
Requirements:

To succeed as a Pharmacy Technician, you will need:

  • A high school diploma or equivalent is preferred but not required.
  • Licensure requirements vary by state; please check with your local board of pharmacy for specific requirements.
  • The ability to concentrate on a task over a period of time without being distracted.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with patients, colleagues, and management.
