Clinical Excellence Director

The Clinical Development Excellence Director is responsible for delivering strategic, scientific, and operational support to the Head of Clinical Development Excellence. This role will maintain high levels of quality and consistency in clinical development programs.
Main Responsibilities:- Provide scientific and operational support to the Central Integrated Review Committee, reviewing Clinical Development Plans and key documents.
- Develop harmonized processes, tools, and resources to enable a seamless review process.
- Support interactions with external stakeholders, including regulatory authorities, key opinion leaders, data monitoring committees, and advisory boards.
- Enhance the clinical development approach to improve speed and outcome success of programs.
- Engage the clinical development community around learnings across therapeutic areas and support capability building.
- MD or advanced degree in life sciences/healthcare required; PharmD or PhD preferred.
- More than 5 years of involvement in clinical research or drug development in an academic or industry environment spanning Phases I through IV.
- Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, conflict resolution, verbal, and written communication skills.
- Strong influencing skills without formal authority.
- Fluent English communication skills.
