Job Title: Construction Estimator Specialist
">The successful candidate will be responsible for the preparation of detailed estimates from start to finish, including producing an accurate and fully priced bid incorporating all works required by the employer's specifications as well as current market rates. Key responsibilities include tender document control, analysing drawings and specifications, filing finalised documentation, cost estimation work practices, obtaining quotations from vendors or subcontractors, and liaising with the construction team.
">Requirements:

- Degree qualified in Quantity Surveying">
- 2+ years' experience in Quantity Surveying/Estimating role">
- Data centre CSA commercial experience desirable">
- Competent in assessing Contract Documents and contract requirements">
- Proven track record working on projects over €10-15m">
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail">
- High level of competency in BQ preparation and pricing">
