Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Accounting Recruitment Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have 4+ years of experience in recruitment, specifically in the accounting and finance space, with a deep understanding of the Irish market.

The successful candidate will be responsible for sourcing and placing top talent in accounting and finance roles. They will also be expected to build strong relationships with clients, develop business strategies, and contribute to the company's best-in-class recruitment approach.

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • 4+ years of agency recruitment experience in financial and accounting space
  • In-depth knowledge of Accounting and Finance roles and the Irish market
  • Demonstrable experience in winning new clients and managing existing ones
  • Natural networking skills and expertise in LinkedIn Recruiter
  • Winning attitude and ability to meet ambitious goals

This is a hybrid role based in Dublin, requiring 2-3 days of office work per week. We offer a competitive salary range of €48k-53k DOE, plus an OTE of up to €93,500, and a flexible benefits package.
