Inventory Coordinator

We are seeking an experienced and skilled individual to fill the Warehouse Assistant role.

The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the warehouse, ensuring the efficient receipt, storage, and dispatch of goods while maintaining high standards of accuracy, productivity, and safety.

• Organise and monitor the receiving, storage, and dispatch of goods.
• Ensure accurate stock control and inventory management, including regular cycle counts.
• Maintain a safe, clean, and organised working environment in line with company policies and health & safety regulations.
• Operate warehouse equipment (e.g. forklifts, pallet trucks) safely and ensure compliance with safe operating procedures.
• Liaise with transport providers, suppliers, and other internal departments to coordinate logistics.

• Proven experience in a warehouse or logistics environment.
• Strong understanding of warehouse operations, stock control, and health & safety requirements.
• Strong organisational and problem-solving skills and ability to prioritise workload.
• Excellent organisation and attention to detail.
• Strong communication skills (written and verbal).
• IT skills (e.g. stock management systems, MS Office, Word, Excel).
