Job Description:
At Cpl Healthcare, we are seeking a skilled Reliability Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will play a critical role in ensuring the reliability of our equipment and systems.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement procedures for compliant equipment maintenance.
  • Monitor system performance and track key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Analyze failure history to develop long-term solutions for recurring issues.
  • Provide reliability specifications for new equipment and ensure compliance with engineering standards.


Requirements:
  • A third-level qualification in Engineering or relevant discipline or a trade qualification with over six years of engineering experience.
  • At least 3 years of relevant work experience for those with a third-level qualification.
  • Strong IT skills, problem-solving ability, and innovative thinking required.
