Marketing Professional

Lidon Group is seeking a highly motivated and organised individual to join our Marketing team as a junior Marketing professional. This role will involve working collaboratively with the marketing team and other departments across Lidon Group sites.

About the Role:

This position offers the ideal opportunity for an ambitious and driven individual to develop their skills in marketing, whilst contributing to the success of the business.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement marketing strategies across various channels, including digital, social media, print, and events.
  • Manage social media accounts and create engaging content.
  • Coordinate promotional activities, events, and campaigns.
  • Analyse campaign performance metrics and prepare reports.
  • Collaborate with business development and product teams to align marketing strategies.
Requirements:
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Excellent IT skills, including MS Office and computer use for research.
  • Organised with strong attention to detail.
  • Experience in a busy retail environment is desirable.
  • Third Level Marketing qualification.
  • A full clean driving licence.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of delivering successful marketing campaigns, excellent communication skills, and a strong passion for marketing.

This role includes practical experience in social media, print advertising, email marketing, SEO, video creation, administration, community engagement, marketing administration and operations, events planning and execution, reporting and analytics, and brand development and promotion.
