Strategic HR Leader Wanted

We are seeking a commercially astute and forward-thinking HR Business Partner to join our senior team. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced HR professional to drive the people strategy and play a key role in driving future business success.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and deliver the HR strategy aligned with business objectives.
  • Shape organisational design, workforce planning, and succession management through partnership with Senior Leadership.
  • Lead recruitment, onboarding, and retention initiatives to attract and develop top talent.
  • Champion employee engagement, wellbeing, and inclusion across all sites.
Requirements:
  • Minimum Level 8 qualification in HRM, Business, or related field (CIPD membership desirable).
  • At least 5 years HR experience, including at senior advisor or business partner level.
