Speech and Language Therapist Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Speech and Language Therapist to join our Paediatric Primary Care Team.

About the Position:
  • We are looking for a qualified professional who can conduct comprehensive assessments, diagnoses, and interventions for children referred through primary care pathways.
  • You will collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to provide holistic, family-centred care, delivering direct therapy, group sessions, parent education, and collaborative goal setting with families in various settings.
Your Key Responsibilities:
  1. Conduct thorough assessments to diagnose and develop treatment plans for children with speech, language, and communication disorders.
  2. Collaborate with healthcare professionals and families to deliver effective interventions and achieve positive outcomes.
  3. Develop and maintain strong relationships with families, providing them with ongoing support and guidance throughout the treatment process.
Requirements:
  • A recognised degree in Speech and Language Therapy is essential.
  • CORU registration is required.
  • A full clean driver's license and access to a reliable vehicle are necessary for this role.
