Csr (Ni) Ltd, a leading Tier One Building Contractor in Co. Antrim, is seeking an experienced Assistant Bid Writer. The successful candidate will play a vital role in the preparation of Pre-Qualification Questionnaires (PQQs) and support Submissions Managers with tender proposals.

The key duties include:

  • Reviewing web portals for PQQ/Tender opportunities to identify potential projects
  • Analysing PQQ/Tenders for viability and creating/updating relevant information on company IT systems
  • Preparing written responses to PQQ/Tender questions, ensuring accuracy and compliance
  • Liaising with internal and external parties to obtain necessary information for submissions
  • Managing the clarification and RFI process to ensure timely completion
  • Proof-reading colleagues' work to maintain high-quality standards
  • Preparing PowerPoint presentations for client interviews, highlighting key features and benefits
  • Creating/updating standard marketing information to showcase the company's capabilities

Qualifications Essential Degree level qualification ideally within a construction-related discipline
