Excellent management skills, a hands-on approach, and a can-do attitude are essential for this role. You will also need to be able to work on your own initiative or as part of a team and have excellent interpersonal skills and written and verbal communication abilities.
The ideal candidate will be able to demonstrate a strong understanding of infection control principles and be able to apply this knowledge in a practical setting.
