Job Overview

We are seeking a seasoned IT Infrastructure Manager to oversee the delivery and resilience of IT infrastructure services in our Dublin office. The successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring compliance with regulatory frameworks, while managing infrastructure across on-premises and cloud platforms.


Responsibilities
  • Disaster Recovery (DR)
    • Develop, maintain, and test DR and business continuity plans, ensuring alignment with regulatory frameworks.
  • Backup & Storage Management
    • Oversee enterprise backup solutions and storage infrastructure, ensuring secure, compliant, and recoverable systems.
  • Network Management
    • Ensure availability, performance, and security of network infrastructure (LAN, WAN, VPN, firewalls).
  • Microsoft 365 Administration
    • Manage M365 platform including Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint, Intune, and associated compliance/security features.
  • Third-Party & MSP Oversight
    • Manage relationships with third-party vendors and managed service providers, including contract performance, SLA adherence, service reviews, and escalation handling.
  • Compliance & Documentation
    • Maintain comprehensive documentation for all systems and controls.
  • Collaboration
    • Work closely with internal teams (cybersecurity, compliance, risk, service delivery) to drive operational excellence and ensure continuous improvement.

Requirements

5+ years' experience managing IT infrastructure in a regulated financial services environment. Strong knowledge of regulatory standards, IT risk and resilience, and business continuity standards. Experience working with third-party vendors and MSPs, with a focus on performance management and governance.
