Job Description
  • As cloud adoption continues to accelerate, our Cloud Success organization plays a critical role in helping customers achieve business outcomes.

Our Cloud Success Engineers are responsible for execution against customer commitments with NetApp. This involves orchestration of cross-functional programs in delivering customer value and business outcomes. Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop foundational relationships with key customer personas and technical professionals to enable high-quality & performance of IT workloads using the partnership with account teams.
  • Define customer success plans, success milestones, and orchestrate the same.
  • Help align consumption strategies to the customer's business and implementation priorities.
  • Utilize customer engagement, evangelization, cloud adoption technical expertise, and expectation management skills to provide personalized enterprise-class customer success experience.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Customer relationship & engagement: Create impactful relationships internally and externally.
  • Proactive project delivery alignment: Provide guidance and best practices to support the development of a cloud adoption and consumption success plan.
  • Account Management: Work with accounts in a pod operating model, leading monthly account pod review sessions to drive alignment on consumption goals, milestones, and customer engagement strategies.
  • Technical Evangelization: Leverage technical expertise and enablement to act as a technology advisor and visionary, help connect business to technology.
