Job Role

We are currently seeking a skilled Greenkeeper to join our Resort Operations Team. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining the highest standards of turf care and grounds management.

Responsibilities
  • Turf care: Maintain high-quality turf surfaces through regular mowing, edging, and topdressing
  • Bunker management: Perform regular bunker grooming, edging, and raking
  • Course improvement: Assist with projects such as drainage, irrigation, and greens features
  • Landscape maintenance: Participate in general landscape maintenance, including seasonal bedding, grass cutting, pruning, and mulching
Person Specification
  • Proven experience in Green Keeping or Golf Course Maintenance
  • Horticultural qualification advantageous
  • Strong communication skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Full driving license required
