Retail Support Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and enthusiastic retail professional to join our team.

Job Summary

This is an exciting opportunity to provide world-class customer service and contribute to the success of our store.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver exceptional customer service and maintain a high level of product knowledge to ensure a premium brand experience.
  • Support colleagues in training and developing their sales skills, including new employee onboarding and coaching.
  • Operate cash registers, manage inventory, and maintain visual merchandising standards to create an engaging shopping environment.
  • Recommend products to customers based on their needs and preferences to drive sales and enhance their shopping experience.
  • Stay up-to-date with NIKE products and services through regular training and development opportunities.

Requirements:

  • Prior customer-facing or retail experience is preferred, but not required.
  • Effective communication and collaboration skills are essential for success in this role.
  • Demonstrated ability to apply sales techniques and build rapport with customers.
  • Flexibility with scheduling and availability to work a variety of shifts, including days, evenings, weekends, and holidays.

About the Role:

  • This is a 40-hour per week position with flexibility across 7 days.
  • Must be available a minimum of 3 nights a week from 5-9 pm and can work both Saturdays and Sundays.
