Senior Manager/Principal Director – Data and Digital Product Lifecycle Management (Life Sciences)
Job Role:This role brings deep expertise across data strategy, digital technologies, and core product lifecycle domains such as MSAT, CMC, NPI, Recipe Development, and Tech Transfer. The ideal candidate will lead complex transformation programs for pharmaceutical, biotech, and MedTech clients, driving digital product lifecycle modernisation powered by data, analytics, and cutting-edge platforms.
The Senior Manager/Principal Director will operate at the intersection of data and process transformation, guiding Life Sciences organisations through enterprise-wide PLM and data strategy initiatives. From R&D to commercial manufacturing and quality, they will design and deliver value-led, compliant solutions that enable innovation, speed to market, and operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities- Strategy & Transformation Leadership
- Develop and implement data-driven digital transformation programs across R&D, manufacturing, quality, and supply chain.
- Lead PLM and data enablement strategies for MSAT, CMC, Tech Transfer, NPI, and Recipe/Analytical Method Development.
- Design and implement enterprise-wide data strategies including data governance, MDM, metadata, and regulatory alignment.
- Client Engagement & Delivery Excellence
- Engage senior stakeholders to define digital strategies, business cases, and transformation journeys.
- Lead proposal responses, GTM activities, and client presentations at conferences and industry forums.
- Oversee technical delivery and solution design across PLM platforms, cloud data platforms, and adjacent systems.
- Innovation & Ecosystem Integration
- Leverage AI, advanced analytics, and digital twins to enable predictive manufacturing, digital quality, and smart regulatory submissions.
- Partner with internal teams to co-create innovative, integrated solutions.
- Shape reusable accelerators, thought leadership, and digital offerings to grow our Life Sciences practice.
