We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Legal Executive to join our Corporate Department in Dublin.

The Role
  • Create, amend, and format legal documents with precision and accuracy.
  • Draft minutes and resolutions efficiently.
  • Manage company records and annual filings for multiple companies.
  • Maintain accurate case progression registers.

This is a key role within the commercial team, supporting senior colleagues with case management and providing administrative assistance as required.

Responsibilities
  • Prepare completion bibles with attention to detail.
  • Support the commercial team in case management.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be able to work independently and as part of a team, and possess strong Microsoft Office skills.
