Job Title:

Quality Assurance Specialist

The primary objective of this role is to ensure that all products meet the set quality standards.

  • This entails conducting regular inspections to identify and rectify any defects or issues.
  • Developing and implementing effective quality control processes to prevent future occurrences.
  • Collaborating with other departments to ensure seamless integration of quality assurance into the manufacturing process.
Key Responsibilities:

These include but are not limited to:

  • Conducting non-destructive testing (NDT) inspections using techniques such as ultrasonics and magnetic particle inspection.
  • Investigating quality-related issues and implementing corrective actions to prevent recurrence.
  • Developing and maintaining documentation related to quality procedures and policies.
  • Participating in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance overall product quality.
Requirements:

For this position, we require:

  • A minimum level 2 (ISO 9712) qualification in UT and MPI.
  • At least one to two years' experience in a similar role.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office packages, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
