Job Title: Reward Analyst

About the Role:

This is an exciting opportunity to join our People and Culture team, where you will be responsible for collecting and consolidating data, performing data validation, and providing reporting and compliance support.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Data Collection & Consolidation
    • You will collect and consolidate multiple pay elements from diverse systems and sources including base pay, benefits data, payroll elements, colleague-related data, and absence data
  • Data Validation & Quality Control
    • You will perform rigorous data checking and validation to ensure completeness and consistency across datasets
    • You will identify discrepancies or anomalies and coordinate with P&C, Payroll, and Benefits teams to resolve issues
  • Reporting & Compliance Support
    • You will support the generation of internal and external reports required for pay transparency, equity analysis, and regulatory compliance
    • You will prepare datasets for analysis by internal stakeholders and external auditors where necessary
  • Collaboration & Stakeholder Support
    • You will work closely with colleagues in Reward, HRIS, Payroll, and Compliance teams to ensure alignment on data definitions and collection timelines
    • You will provide technical data support for ongoing audits, initiatives, or analysis projects related to pay and reward
  • Process Improvement
    • You will contribute to the development of standardised templates, checklists, and documentation to streamline data gathering
    • You will recommend process improvements to enhance data quality and reporting efficiency

    Requirements:
    • You have a proven track record in HR, payroll, compensation analysis, or data management roles
    • You possess strong Excel and data analysis skills, familiarity with SQL, Power BI, or similar tools is a plus
    • You have an understanding of payroll systems, HRIS platforms, and benefits administration processes
    • You have high attention to detail with strong organisational and documentation skills
    • You are able to work with sensitive data in a confidential and compliant manner
