We are seeking an Associate Manager to join our Investor Services team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing investor inquiries and deliverables across several alternative investment funds.
Key responsibilities include managing client onboarding and transfers, reviewing performance reports, and serving as a data steward for firm and fund data requests.
You will also be responsible for coordinating projects and initiatives to drive efficiency across the team and tracking key performance indicators (KPIs) for senior management reporting.
What You Will Bring- A Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in client services, portfolio analytics, or a similar function in the investment management industry.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with strong critical thinking and attention to detail.
- Self-starter with strong accountability and adaptability skills, highly organized, and able to take initiative with a positive attitude towards work.
